The location is good – Oshiage Station is about a 10‑minute walk, and convenience stores and a supermarket are reachable in 5 minutes on foot. It’s perfect as a base for short stays, but for my family (4 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child) the accommodation felt a bit cramped because the common area is very limited. The toilet is a bit confusing to get into at first.

The place is close to Oshiage Sky Tree Station and Kinshicho Station, and the quiet residential street made the location feel great. All the basics for simple cooking were there, and it was handy that I could cook rice in the rice cooker. The tatami room on the second floor was comfortable. The check‑in process was clear, and the small house‑style vibe gave a good sense of value. However, the cooking utensils and plates were there, but there were no chopsticks or silverware, which was a bit inconvenient. The living room on the first floor is quite tight when traveling with four people and large luggage. Also, tall, long‑legged foreigners sometimes can’t close the door when they sit on the toilet.
