“Excellent facilities comfy room reasonable price good area for access to Liverpool attractions”

The breakfast offered a great selection, the room was pleasant though some areas need updating; the bathroom shower attachment to the taps was not working properly and hard to turn off, yet the bed was nice and comfortable though the pillows felt like sleeping on a stone. Dinner at the restaurant was very good with excellent staff, but the shower attachment issue and the lack of a mini fridge meant I had to rely on sachet milk, which was sweet.

“Fantastic”

As suites, the space and comfort were loved, though the hotel might need more staff; when people waited at the bar, the same staff member also handled reception, so bar patrons sometimes waited longer than necessary.

The location is well situated straight off the M57, rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, but there is no fridge in the room.

Breakfast was ok. Room was in urgent need of a refurbishment, windows broken, lights didn’t work no extraction in the bathroom Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room lights didn’t work and, despite reporting this it still wasnt fixed as promised. 1 bedside light didnt work and vanity mirror light didn't work. The room was a good size however no good with zero lighting
