Even though I had a confirmed booking, no rooms were available when I arrived. Because I had checked in late—something the hotel knew beforehand—my whole night was ruined.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a disaster from the start. Just 30 minutes before check-in, the hotel cancelled my booking, leaving me with no place to stay. It was a stressful and frustrating experience, and I was left feeling disappointed and let down.

I was unwell during my stay and the staff kindly made me tea at the reception. However, my room was freezing, with a damp atmosphere, and the bathroom was poorly lit. The shower had a sudden temperature drop, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The curtains were also folded in two places, making it impossible to block out the light at night.
