I skipped breakfast because I didn’t have time. Everything else was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but this was one of the best ever; the brand‑new, ultra‑stylish design runs from the lobby to the tiny details in the room, and even some 5‑star places can’t match it. The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was amazing, and the staff’s attitude—especially Hayden’s extra effort—made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely return to Charlotte and stay here again.

The hotel and grounds were exceptional! However, the trash cans in our room had no bags, which was very disappointing.
