The service was excellent and always clarified my questions; the room offers good value. It’s centrally located and easy to reach. What I liked most was the bathroom – 10/10.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are super comfortable, and the location is close to the center – highly recommended. Everything is excellent; I have no complaints.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a TV that had paid channels, and a cheap breakfast. It also had a sofa, a desk, and a chair. The mini TV and the stairs were a downside, and a lot of dampness came in through the windows that don’t seal properly, plus a gap of about 5 cm between the bottom of the door and the floor. The bathroom curtain is about 20 cm off the floor and the floor gets wet.

The hotel’s proximity to the San Cristóbal bus stops is a plus. The facilities themselves were lacking.
