Access was easy and we even got a complimentary upgrade, and that was it.

As a backpacker traveling via Berna, it was a good place to stay and the food was great, but there were too many flies on the terrace and we couldn't sit outside.

We didn’t have breakfast after an unpleasant start with the room-to-price ratio. The fee for our small dog was 25 CHF per day, with the explanation that cleaning takes more time. I paid that amount, but the room was never cleaned during our 4‑day stay. The room was damp, had no air‑conditioning, the lights were broken, there were no fresh towels, and the trash bin was never emptied.
