The owner Shushobhit is very resourceful and approachable. The rate at which you get this room is unbeatable. The location, walking distance to Sita Kund is an addition. Lack of amenities like soaps, mosquito repellants and complimentary water etc. But given that its pretty new a property, lets forgive this
