The hotel is very well‑located for sightseeing, with all shops nearby. The staff are pleasant, and the breakfast is complete and varied. The downside is the noise: we were on the avenue side, and the church bells rang every morning at 4 am for 20–30 seconds.
What a great hotel! They always offer food and drinks, and the location is perfect—everything you could want is close by. The only drawback is the modest breakfast, which is acceptable. We’ll definitely return when we’re passing through Ho Chi Minh City.
The staff were friendly and the food was tasty, but the furniture felt outdated.
“My stay was very relaxing”
Cleanliness is good, and the staff are kind and very helpful. No complaints.
The staff are very accommodating, and the location is great. The deluxe rooms don’t have a cigarette‑smoke smell, which is a plus. However, I’m asthmatic and was shocked to see a man smoking in the Level 7 corridor. I pointed out the clear “No Smoking” sign near the lift, but he claimed it only applied inside the lift. He kept smoking and coughing at odd hours all night, making the stay uncomfortable and concerning for my health. Even more surprising is that the hotel has seating and ashtrays in the corridor, encouraging this behavior. The hotel needs to address this issue and be more mindful of non‑smoking guests, especially those with medical conditions like asthma.
