Excellent hotel with great service! Special thanks to reception staff Nikita and Roman for their sensitivity, attentiveness, and friendliness. Although check‑in was scheduled for 15:00, we were welcomed with a smile at 13:00. It’s a pleasure to meet such responsive and professional staff. Thank you for the hospitality and a wonderful stay! Unfortunately, the room cleaning left a bad impression; we had to ask the staff to replace consumables, clean the room, or replenish necessary items. I wish the cleaning and room service were more attentive and timely.
