“Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Food and Spa, but Room Temperature Was an Issue”

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, set in a stunning location, with an excellent spa and swimming pool. Another great advantage is the availability of a parking garage with EV charging facilities. The food was exceptional, well above average, and I would highly recommend having dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would definitely recommend!. The only downside was the room temperature. We stayed in October, just after the hotel had switched to heating mode, which meant the air conditioning could no longer be used. Unfortunately, the temperature in our room reached almost 27°C, making it extremely uncomfortable and nearly impossible to sleep. This was quite disappointing, especially considering how wonderful everything else was

“Tolles Hotel!”

The room was very nice with a fantastic view of Lake Garda, and the small spa area matched our taste perfectly. The breakfast was generous and left no room for complaints. However, the 5 € per person, per day tourist tax is high and adds up quickly after a few days, and the on‑site restaurant’s food is rather expensive.

The hotel is very pretty with great design, attentive staff, and a superb breakfast. Every day, the lounge offers free aperitivo with rotating wines. The downside is the ventilation shaft right in front of the rooms, which is annoyingly loud, and the spa area has far too few loungers.

The hotel is very modern with a dream‑like view of the lake. The only issue was the pillow.
