“Gute Lage, schöne Aussicht – erhebliche Mängel”

The location and balcony view were nice. The furniture was heavily worn and of poor quality. A major problem was the obvious mold on the wall around the air conditioner; even after cleaning it remained inside and above the unit. No other room was available, so we had to leave for health reasons. The hotel wrote that they had processed a refund, but we never received the money, and the property now refuses to issue it. In short, a beautiful view isn’t enough; the mold issue and missing refund were disappointing. We cannot recommend this hotel.

I loved Pousada Bahia Bacana! The place is beautiful, cozy, and everything was very clean and organized. All the staff were extremely attentive, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was perfect, all delicious and made with great care. I want to give a special thank you to Celi from the kitchen, who is wonderful, kind, and caring. It was an excellent experience and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely return! I had no negative points during my stay; everything was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I hope to come back soon!

The location is good, the pool is nice, and the café staff are very friendly and helpful. We were assigned a room in a building in front of the pousada, which disappointed me because it wasn’t mentioned in the booking. It was also very inconvenient, for example, having to walk down the street after the pool to reach the room.
