Perla Del Borgo Bed and Breakfast

I really liked the apartment, tucked down the small village back streets. It was so peaceful that we slept 12+ hours per day. Laura was a great host, always making sure you have what you need. There is a really nice rooftop area where there are incredible views over the village down to the sea. Parking is generally easy nearby on the main piazza, but be careful on Wednesday morning when there is a market so you shouldn’t park there.

We stayed at Perla del Borgo in the picturesque village of Santa Caterina dello Ionio. The house was renovated with great care, keeping the authentic charm of the village while offering a welcoming and comfortable environment. The terrace is a real bonus, providing a stunning view of the Ionian Sea—a perfect spot to relax and be swept away by the landscape. Laura was incredibly kind, and her passion and love for hospitality and house care were evident. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone seeking tranquility, authenticity, and sincere hospitality. Nothing to report.

Perla del Borgo is located in a very picturesque village and the terrace offers a breathtaking view. The structure is welcoming and well maintained. Laura made us feel truly welcome and introduced us to the local reality. Nothing else.

“Perfect place to stay for a few days.”

Laura is an excellent host, very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location within the village is perfect. The room we stayed in was clean and cosy. I definitely recommend this place.
