The spot is excellent in the heart of Palermo. The room is gorgeous, and it feels like being a guest in the former home of composer Vincenzo Bellini. The staff is extremely kind.

The communication for check‑in was very good, the hotel sits right in the pedestrian zone Via Maqueda, not far from the sights. The room was comfortable, the Wi‑Fi was fine, there was a fridge and air‑conditioning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The reception, however, required climbing a few steps, and my room was under the roof, so I had to climb more stairs, which was tiring, especially with heavy luggage. The stair lighting didn’t work on the first evening, leaving me hungry in the room, and the issue wasn’t resolved until the next day, which was annoying.
