“Hotel stay that exceeded expectations in every way and made my vacation even more memorable”

Easy to access location with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel if you take the line from the airport. Central to just about anything and everything you'd like to do in town. Comfy and spacious room with an excellent balcony space and a kitchen with fully stocked dishes, pots and pans for cooking or reheating leftovers. Pool was awesome, poke bowl and patio grill restaurants were delicious. Out the back there's a walkway for almost direct lagoon and beach access. Given the opportunity, I will definitely be coming back to stay here. This is more of a personal preference than anything actually wrong, but the air conditioning unit never seemed to get the room as cold as I would've liked. Had it set to 66F and during the day hours that barely seemed to take the edge off. I'm from a hotter climate where the AC is set to 77 or 78F during the day and that's usually enough. in the end not a big deal but after walking through the city it would've been nice to come back to a chilly room and take a breather

The studio rooms were spacious and the location was great, though it took a short walk to reach the beach.

The location was good, but we didn't receive any of the amenities we paid for.

Nothing positive. The room was sold to someone else and we found ourselves on the street at 23:00 with an 8‑year‑old child.

“Was a great hotel in a great location. Was just unfortunate the TV didn’t work for half our stay.”

The place had a fantastic location and was very clean, yet the TV was broken and it required three attempts to get reception to fix it.
