The coffee and bread quality could be improved, and I suggest varying the fruit; the portion size is fine for children. The excessive noise around the hotel makes the price unjustified. I’ve stayed in other countries where the hotel infrastructure is better. The staff were very attentive and friendly, but there was a lack of information about cultural activities, the bookstores were overpriced, and restaurant prices were high too. Tour guides are needed. At 7 pm the historic centre was completely deserted. I like to have cultural activities and a lively city when I travel, and this place didn’t meet those expectations or my interests.
