I stayed in a little rural cottage separate from the rest of the development, small but tastefully decorated, spotless and fully equipped, surpassing my expectations; the location was peaceful, just 10 minutes from the city, and everything was perfect.

We were a party of four and found the space huge, very comfortable, and Fernando took great care of us; the place is only a five‑minute drive from Ávila centre, so I’d recommend it for a family getaway to relax together at that large dining table, and we’ll definitely choose it again.

The house overall is good, the pool is fine, and Fernando’s attention is appreciated.

The house is very comfortable and the host is very helpful. The pool isn’t part of the garden and is shared with other guests of the hostel and the house. The house is split into two floors, each rented separately. The photos made us think it was a chalet with a private pool, but that’s not the case.

The one‑storey house fits six people, offers all the comforts and a pool on the opposite plot, was spotless, and Fernando provided excellent service.
