The hostel itself was fine, but the pricing was a mess. I booked a bed listed at $3, only to find hidden fees that pushed it to $8.50. The next day I tried to book again, but the system sent me to another listing where a $5 bed turned into $12.50 after extra charges. In the end I spoke with the manager and paid $8.50 cash. The staff were helpful, yet the advertised prices don't match what you actually pay. Be aware of extra fees before booking.

I liked how quiet the place was, the hall and chill area were nice, and the outdoor rooftop pool was included – great value. The beds were a bit squeaky, but that wasn't a big deal, and the bathroom was a bit older, yet still acceptable for the price.

I liked the location, close to the MRT and LRT stations and restaurants, and the hostel is near the city. But it was a nightmare. Raj, the manager, was a psycho and a gambler. He charged me 100 ringgit on the first day of check‑in with no mention of a deposit. Later I learned he lied and charged travelers money based on his mood. On the first day he asked me to lend him 100 ringgit, and the next day he asked again. Other travelers told me he owed them over 2,000 ringgit, and by the end of my stay he had run off with money and possibly stolen someone's iPhone.
