“Wir kommen nicht wieder !”
Breakfast was okay. The location is very central in a pedestrian zone. The approach is difficult and confusing. The rooms were small but clean. The restaurant service is very bad; either the waiter is not in charge, or you are ignored, or he doesn't speak German. You need a lot of time and patience; we stopped the meal. The hotel consists of several buildings. The walk is long with many stairs, often an odyssey. Exhausting, annoying, confusing; you should be on foot. The spa is not worth the money and not worth a visit. There are much better options. For €350 a night there's an empty minibar, no water bottle in the room. High prices, low service. Superior is nothing in this hotel. A highly overpriced 3‑star hotel.
