The apartment was filthy, no washing machine or dryer, no TV, and the kitchen looked like a crime scene – the stove was covered in a disgusting liquid full of maggots. They didn’t even change the sheets, left moldy, expired food in the fridge, and the owner kept barging in and slamming doors.

The staff inside were genuinely friendly and helpful, and I can’t think of any complaints.

The house itself was clean and the hosts were pleasant, but the check‑in was a mess. I was sent to the wrong property, ended up sharing a room, and wasn’t told I’d need to bring my own towel, toilet paper, or a bedside lamp – I had to improvise with what I had in the car. First‑time guests need a heads‑up about what to bring, but once everything was sorted the place was quiet and comfortable.

Our neighbor was nice, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. We booked two rooms yet only got instructions for one, never received a garage key, and found stains on the wall next to the bed and a filthy bathroom; there were no napkins, and the only cutlery provided were knives. The owner never responded to our messages, refused to let us store our bike outside, and generally seemed unfriendly.

I was completely dissatisfied. The owner messaged at 9:30 am saying the hotel was unavailable and promised a full refund, yet I never received any money back.
