The elevator only goes up five floors to reach the seventh, which feels too small. The lobby is rather cramped, and it’s hard to believe this is a four‑star hotel—something we’re used to on our trips.

The staff were genuinely eager to help, and the spot is perfect for the Collesium, forum, and nearby eateries of decent quality. The side streets feel a bit rough, especially as you head toward the railway station.

The staff were really lovely, the location is great, and the place looks nice. We had every amenity we needed. Our neighbors were quite loud, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the soundproofing could use improvement.
