“Ótima opção em Nova Petrópolis”

The location was excellent, the sheets and towels were high quality, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Parking was available on site and already included in the daily rate. The breakfast was good, and Marília at reception was friendly both at check‑in and check‑out. There were only a few gluten‑free and lactose‑free options at breakfast.

The location was excellent, but the pool size disappointed, though it works well for children.

Breakfast was fine. Cleanliness: We stayed twice in a row and each time the floor in the room was very dirty. In the first year, as soon as we entered, my wife noticed hair buildup in the corners, giving the impression the floor hadn’t been cleaned. In 2026 the same situation happened: the floor was extremely dirty. Another issue was the lack of information at reception. The staff didn’t know how to guide us on basic city details like restaurants and events. It would be helpful if the team had at least that information to assist guests.

“Vista linda do quarto muito confortável, café da manhã excelente e carregador de carro elétrico.”

Ótima localização e conforto com a comodidade e economia de ter carregador para carro elétrico disponível e incluído no preço da diária. Pena que não pude ficar mais duas
