Location, food, front desk behaviour, restaurant, and housekeeping are all excellent; nothing to complain about.

The location was excellent, the room was spacious, and the support staff were very kind. The reception staff were a bit unkind to our request, even charged us the Re.1 that was due and kept Rs. 4 without giving the change back; not much money, but the attitude was wrong.

The room was beautiful, but the pool was unclean and work was being done around it; the workers even swept dirty water into the pool, so I couldn’t use it—very disappointing since that was a main reason I chose the hotel, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
