The location was convenient, but I couldn't enjoy watching TV because it kept freezing to load, sometimes losing connection and restarting the movie from the beginning; I also couldn't get a receipt, so I called and was told to go to the front desk, where I waited 15 minutes before having to leave.

Nothing positive; the location and front desk staff were disappointing.

The location was good, but there was no coffee available when I needed it, drinks were minimal, and breakfast was limited.

One of the few redeeming qualities of this hotel was the owner's willingness to work with me, which was much appreciated. However, I did encounter some difficulties when trying to cancel an extra reservation that I had made through the booking platform. The process was more complicated than it needed to be, and I had to deal with some unnecessary hassle as a result.
