“The worst of my life”

I liked that I didn’t actually sleep there. The place was infested with roaches, the tub was dirty, the microwave was filthy, and it was absolutely terrible. I had to dispute the charge to get my money back and then pay extra for a room at another hotel for the weekend.

I would give it less than one star if I could. My advice: don’t stay there. It’s a horrible place that should be shut down. It’s truly awful—bedbugs, bad room odors, dirty bedding, everything filthy. I tried to stay one night because I had no other choice, but I had to leave around 2 a.m. because the bedbugs were eating me alive. I showed the bugs to a nasty man at the front desk; he refused to refund the $70 I paid in cash. I called the police, but he brushed it off, telling the officers that refunds are only issued within 15 minutes of check‑in—they know exactly what they’re doing. That place should be closed; it’s a terrible experience. They’re not keeping my money—I’ll do whatever it takes, but I’m not letting them keep it. The place is filthy; I was bitten all over my body, and I have photos of everything.

I managed to secure a room on the first floor, but the hallway was filled with homeless people sleeping there, and strangers knocked on my door begging, making me feel unsafe. I had to move hotels, which was a major hassle for my family, and I didn't get a full refund. The building's door lock was broken, letting anyone into the hallway.

The place is overrun with drug dealers, and the front desk was surrounded by plexiglass. You really shouldn't pay for this circus.
