The location is not far from the center (about 15 minutes by taxi). The room on the ground floor was assigned by surprise with a disabled bathroom (not needed, no one told me at check‑in). The main issue was the temperature in the room – it was really cold. I spent a sleepless night, waking up tired and chilled on the first day of the conference, which was not ideal. The next day, reception offered almost no support, with staff assuring me a technician would come to check the problem, but nothing happened. The practical solution was to keep an electric heater on all night. Apparently, this is a problem that affects many ground‑floor rooms. Nothing else to say. The cherry on top was being woken early the next morning by persistent calls from reception because of an alarm (they claimed) triggered by the safety rope in the bathroom. I’ve never had sleepwalking, but I do suffer if I don’t get enough sleep. Finally, the restaurant prices are really high for the quality offered – never again!
