Awful. The room stank, there was constant noise, the TV didn’t work, and it was just gross.

The staff were friendly and the price was decent; the bathroom was pretty clean and the full‑size fridge in the room was handy. However, the room itself didn’t smell great, had a stale smoke odor despite being non‑smoking, sticky stuff on the carpet, and the pull‑out couch mattress was stained, dirty, and unusable. The “kitchen” facilities were questionable, though they were present.

The reception staff were exceptional, staying late to ensure we checked in after a 12‑hour drive, and the location was good and not too noisy at night. The hotel had a slight old‑smell, but it was surprisingly clean overall; the bathroom and kitchen were cleaner than the scent suggested. The staff were super friendly and helpful—high praise, though the weird smell lingered.

I enjoyed the vibe inside and the staff were absolutely wonderful. I’m not from the area, so I can’t say whether the town is good or bad, but I’m a smoker and going out in the parking lot felt unsafe. The staff gave me the impression that the area wasn’t very nice, especially after I visited the gas station right in front of the hotel.
