The hotel's restaurant had a lot of potential, but the food could have been taken to the next level. The rest of the stay was pretty flawless, though.

I was blown away by the hotel's stunning location and beautiful rooms, especially the onsen – it was the perfect way to unwind. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help, and the in-room dining was a lovely touch. The spa was also incredible, but be warned that there's only one treatment room, so you'll need to book ahead of time.
