There were many problems, but later staff helped fix them. I already gave feedback to the hotel.

The restaurant was understaffed and unhelpful after breakfast, and there was no hot water in the room for two consecutive days!!

The historic property was stunning with excellent staff. The cleanliness and food spread were superb. The balcony was small, the room size was not great, and I didn't like the transparent bathroom wall—it felt awkward with family.

The service was excellent both in the hotel and at the restaurant. We loved the Royal Afghan. Nothing. Everything was great.
