The location was great. I really enjoyed the lobby and courtyard, and it was easy to refill water bottles throughout the hotel. I was very disappointed, though, that we were assigned a handicap room even though we didn’t want one.

The food at the Carboni was excellent and affordably priced. The bar only opened until 10 or 11 PM.

The hotel was gorgeous, but the carpet had spots that should be removed; otherwise everything was awesome.

I loved the hotel, but not the policies: even though we paid in full, they still asked for our credit card for incidentals and added a $22 “Amenity Fee.”
