Everything was great: organization, staff, and location. Nothing to complain about.

The location was good, but the staff didn’t speak Portuguese or English, and they hung up on me. The breakfast was awful, with industrial pastries still in their packaging. In the room, the dishware was dusty and sticky, the parquet was loose with unfastened slats, the electrical wiring had exposed wires, and the hanging lights were dangerous and crooked. Ceiling plaster rails were visible all around, the sheets were worn, and the mattress was stained at the head, making the bedding very poor.

Very well located, the room looked just like the photos, super central and safe. They offer breakfast while you’re staying, and if you leave the room for free they’ll hold your luggage for you. Nothing bad, everything was fine.
