Location. It was very cheaply put together the floor was coming you could turn the water spout in the bath tub in a 360 circle, the lightning is horrible in the bathroom , the plug in the bath tub did not work took 1 hr to fill the bathtub , the sink plug did not push up enough one had to pull the plug up to drain sink , I stayed in the room from 12th-18th , the noise is horrible no insulation! I paid close to $1000.00 to stay and still had to pay $10.0 for a continental breakfast is ridiculous!!!

Beautiful from the moment you step in. Coffee bar, several lounge areas with well‑furnished seating. Staff is helpful. The indoor pool is lovely and they provide towels. The room is spacious and quiet.

Nice bed, everything clean. The air conditioner was hard to figure out; they don’t tell you the temperature is controlled by the front desk. It was freezing most of the night.

The staff was excellent. Natalie at the front desk was wonderful. We only stayed one night.
