You book through this app and when you arrive they give you the room they want, all dark and no ventilation; you ask for a change and they refuse. The place is a bit careless.

The location is perfect because it’s right across from the bus terminal. The room smelled like it had been washed; I wasn’t sure if the smell came from the pipe or why it smelled that way.

The place was spotless and in a great spot, but there was no area where they could offer or sell coffee.

I arrived early and they did everything possible to hand me the room ahead of schedule; the service was wonderful and the location is perfect for catching the bus to the airport. Everything else went smoothly during my stay.
