The spot is really great: the property sits in green surroundings and gives a very calm, relaxing vibe, even though it’s only a ten‑minute drive from the city centre. The breakfast was also very good, especially the amazing chestnut‑flour pancakes. The access road is quite rough. Even though the place has great potential and a pleasant setting, it needs more care and upkeep; in our room we found some cobwebs and a few dead insects.

“Weekend tra amiche”

We spent one night at Agripodere il Falco with four friends and we were satisfied. The main highlight is undoubtedly the location: a beautiful, quiet natural setting perfect for unplugging and relaxing by the pool. The quadruple room was tiny but clean and well cared for. Breakfast and dinner were very good, showcasing local cuisine nicely. We appreciated the option for early check‑in at 11:00 with a package that included the pool and lunch for an extra 25 € per person. However, expectations were somewhat disappointed on that point: as an agriturismo, we had hoped for more variety and larger portions, but the offer was limited to a cold dish (salad, tomatoes, mozzarella, tuna, and olives) which was quite scant. The welcome and management during the stay felt somewhat detached and inflexible, but overall the place deserves praise for its beautiful surroundings and well‑maintained spaces.

“NIET DOEN!”

There really wasn’t much that impressed me. Everything, including the road to get there, was a disaster! It’s ridiculous that this isn’t mentioned when you book! The restaurant was closed, even though it’s advertised as open until September. The breakfast was subpar.

A very nice and clean spot with a beautiful panoramic view of Pontremoli. The only downside is the road to reach it, which runs through the woods, is only partially paved and truly narrow.

“Calma e naturalezza”

The location is stunning, surrounded by nature, truly a charming place. We had booked a large double room, but upon arrival we were given a room equipped for people with reduced mobility. While it was comfortable and didn’t ruin the quality of our stay, it did take away a bit of the allure we expected from the booked accommodation. Breakfast was included in the reservation, but the buffet felt rather odd: little bread and fruit selection, with cakes dominating. They did make excellent scrambled eggs on request, though. We also had to ask for butter, which was a bit of a surprise. The welcome during breakfast was also less warm than we’d anticipated, especially given the famed Italian hospitality. That said, the place is absolutely wonderful and the natural setting makes the stay truly special.
