We stayed in the Presidential Suite for just one night and the experience was far below what a five‑star hotel should offer. First, the room was unbearably hot in winter; the staff told us we couldn’t turn on the cooling because the hotel was in winter mode, and opening the windows didn’t help. Second, the floor was clearly scratched and the furniture was worn and old, not at all what one expects from a presidential suite. Third, there was a filming crew inside the hotel during check‑in, causing chaos; the crew and their equipment were everywhere, and we were prevented from using any of the hotel’s facilities, as if we were locked in our room. Fourth, at arrival no one helped us, our luggage wasn’t delivered, and our bags sat outside the hotel for about 20 minutes with no assistance or security. Fifth, the room’s cleanliness was poor: there was already‑drunk water in the fridge. Sixth, the breakfast was a set menu and the food was tasty, but that was the only positive point and it didn’t make up for the overall negative experience. The staff tried to help, but the situation made it impossible. In short, our stay at AIGJA does not match a five‑star rating; it feels more like a three‑star hotel in terms of organization, privacy, room condition, and guest respect. We hope you review what happened and take appropriate action.
