The spot is central and quiet, with two small balconies that feel very cozy; the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are excellent, the apartment is spacious and well divided, the air‑conditioning works effectively, bikes are stored nicely, and there’s a good parking spot for the car.

The location is amazing, the owners are friendly and helpful, and the property is quirky. The bathrooms are very nice. Nothing really stood out as a problem, though an iron and ironing board would be handy. An extra pillow on each bed and blankets or duvets would also be useful, but the owners were quick to provide them when asked, which we appreciated.

The location was perfect—just a 2‑minute walk to the lake and all the different restaurants. Antonio was super nice and showed us where to park. The parking is about a 5‑minute walk from the accommodation and was free for us. Both bedrooms had air‑conditioning and there were two bathrooms. Because the air‑conditioners were only in the bedrooms, the living room and kitchen got too warm; a fan might help. We also had a lot of ants in the accommodation. In the bathroom we couldn’t ventilate because the outside air was too hot and there was unfortunately no ventilation.

The place is excellent, just 100 m from the beach, in a quiet area that feels almost at the geographic center of the city. When you step out, everything is within 2 minutes: restaurants, bars, the harbor, the promenade. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, cleanliness, friendly hosts. Because there is no space, you could only drive in and out during check‑in and check‑out times. They offered free parking in an external lot, which was about a 1‑1.5 km walk away.

The location is perfect, 100 m from the lake. The apartment is modern, tastefully furnished, and leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
