The room was clean and the location met many expectations, making it easy to move around. The best part was the Italian vibe of the area. I didn’t dislike anything, but there’s room for improvement: the third bed’s condition could be better. Also, the confirmation and check‑in messages didn’t explain how to enter; we were locked out until a kind lady helped us. It’s not bad, just something that could be improved.

The location is super central, the rooms are really spacious, and the staff are available at any time. Unfortunately the bathroom was a real disappointment: rundown, far below the hotel’s standards and the price paid. The fixtures were heavily worn and needed replacement, and the toilet bowl had obvious brown stains at the bottom, very unpleasant. The tiles were also brown, adding to the dated, unwelcoming feel. Other issues included the shower water not staying hot, low sink pressure, and a plastic wall‑mounted hair dryer with a button switch. Considering the high price paid for the room, especially in peak season, I expected a much higher level of comfort and maintenance. The bathroom’s condition ruined the overall experience and, in my view, does not justify the cost.

The spot is great, but I noticed dirt under the bed that wasn’t cleaned.

“No recomendable”

The location was fine, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired: the shower was filthy, the bin was overflowing, the floor looked dirty, the shower head was missing and water only came out of a pipe. The staff member who attended us was careless, told us there would be a discount but when we were charged said no. I would not recommend this place because it was so dirty.
