The location was great, right in the middle of the old town and very charming. The room was spotless and even had a small fridge. The coffee pods were decent, but there was no kettle, ceramic cups, or tea bags. The place got noisy at night with people wandering around.

The spot was quiet and the place itself was spotless. But we were told on the website that there was a washer and dryer in the hotel, so we expected to do laundry on site, only to find we had to drive a long distance to a laundromat. Not having any ice for guests was a real let‑down. The lights in our room kept flickering on and off, and the Kleenex and toilet paper felt cheap. A few front‑desk staff weren’t friendly or helpful, and when our tour guide tried to call the hotel for info, nobody answered the phone.
