“only good this is the bed and linens. Go somewhere else with a vibe and soul.”
I found the bed really comfortable, and the staff let me check in early because I was ill, which was a nice touch, especially since the hotel is in a central spot with good food stalls outside. However, some staff were a bit rude, and it was frightening when a male housekeeper entered my room at 8 am while I was naked and alone—my checkout was at 11 am. I screamed, they left, and the reception never apologized or offered any remedy like coffee, late checkout, or complimentary breakfast. As a venue manager, I’d never let a guest leave in tears and scared.

The staff service was good, but when we arrived the bar and restaurant were already closed; I would have liked room service or something else to offer us.

The location, the room design, the lovely terrace, the comfortable bed, the all‑white bathroom, the L’Occitane products, and everything else were all great.
The rooms were comfortable and the location excellent, with very personalized service; the only downside was the lack of full‑length mirrors in the rooms, but everything else was superb.
