For two young people the place is really perfect. I read several reviews that mentioned parking as an issue, but honestly I don’t think it’s a real downside, because the situation is clearly stated on the website and before arrival. Also, a municipal parking lot is available within 500 m, so it wasn’t a bother for us at all. The cleanliness was excellent and our balcony room pleasantly surprised us: very spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely recommend it, especially to a young couple.

The cleanliness and the room – comfortable, new, very nice. The location is perfect. The lack of availability for the time is a problem. It’s impossible even just to drop off luggage if you arrive before the scheduled time.

I stayed for two nights in a beautiful, fully equipped building right next to the center of Sant'Agata, but the room wasn’t cleaned after the first night.
