The bed was very comfortable, and being able to open the window a bit to circulate air was a definite plus! The onsen was cute but small and always crowded. The laundry facilities were available, but with only two washers and two dryers, it was hard to find a free slot; even after paying for an hour, the dryer didn’t dry the clothes well and they were still damp.

The location was beautiful, close to the station, bus stops, and many services. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the staff were truly competent. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommended!
