I had already canceled my reservation, but when I got there, the hotel still charged me. It was frustrating and feels like a mistake. Definitely not a smooth experience.

Been here a few times, and it's always great – nice setup, lovely spot, would recommend. The only downside is the drinks and portions are pricey. Still, the vibe makes up for it.
