The staff were polite and friendly, and the place stayed very clean and well maintained. However, sometimes the staff talked loudly early or late in the day, and a door would slam loudly on occasion.

The location The restaurant staff was very good and always asking us about our requirement. Reception staff could be friendlier and more understanding of customer needs Was adamant about not giving 2 key cards in double occupancy saying it is management policy

The hotel's location was a major plus - it was safe, comfortable, and close to all the tourist spots. However, the main issue I had was that there was no hot water after about 10 am, which was a real bummer. It would've been nice to have a hot shower after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast was just okay, but the real problems started when I got to my room. It was dark and the decor was straight out of the 80s, with a worn-out vinyl floor to boot. There were also some other maintenance issues that I didn't appreciate. Maybe they'll get around to fixing things eventually.
