Access was easy, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and everything was clean and tidy. The beds were a little high for a 4‑ft person, but as a Brit touring the USA I’ve come to expect that.

The hotel was nice, and there were no issues.

I am disabled and use a wheelchair. I requested a handicapped room. To reach the room you have to go up a ramp from the lobby, which was very difficult for me. Inside the room, the bathroom was the only area that was wheelchair accessible. The beds were higher than normal, and the space between the beds, the bed and the wall, and the bed from the TV stand and desk was barely enough for my wheelchair. If I had used my other, wider chair, I wouldn’t have been able to reach the beds. This was very inconvenient, with not enough space to turn the chair around. If I had been alone, I would have had to sleep on the floor or in my wheelchair. These rooms are not truly handicapped accessible. Please note that these issues need to be addressed. The room was not handicapped accessible.
