Air-conditioned rooms feature carpeted floors, flat-screen cable TV, and private bathrooms with amenities. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a gym, and continental breakfast. Nearby Insurgentes Metro Station and Paseo de la Reforma are within walking distance, with airport access 40 minutes away.

The location is wonderful, just a block from the metro bus, direct access to Plaza Reforma 222, a few blocks from the Insurgentes metro, a great option. The bed was very uncomfortable, I woke up with neck, shoulder and back pain, the safe’s batteries were low and it didn’t work, I had requested enough towels for four people (the reservation said 4 adults) and there were only two bath towels. I had no idea what a drill was doing in the room; when we arrived it was on the TV stand and I had to take it down and go back to reception.

The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. They provide all the basics like iron, dryer and storage areas. The lack of parking really affected us. They could partner with the plaza across the street to offer a discount instead of telling us that “they charge $35/hr over there.” A quick search online shows another City Express in Reforma that does have parking and it seems they don’t mention it on purpose. Breakfast was average and not very varied.
