There was nothing good to mention. This “Hotel” is really a “Motel” that fails on every cleaning standard, has no air conditioning, and the neighborhood feels unsafe. As soon as we arrived we demanded a refund, but it was not granted; we never stayed here because we could even hear the screams and moans of other guests. I’m still trying to get my money back for this scam.

The place was clean, organized and had good facilities, but the security was lacking; at night someone tried to open my room twice and I could hear drug use on one of those nights.

The booking process was quick and the arrival went smoothly, but when we got there the front desk couldn’t find my reservation at first; the issue was fixed quickly.
