A terrifying stay! The resort is located on a deserted road full of potholes, making it hard to get there or leave. The staff act arrogantly and lack basic hotel procedures. The “deluxe” rooms are a shabby hostel replica. Showers have not been descaled in years. There are no conveniences at all. The pool is algae‑laden and unsafe to swim in.

The staff are very kind and always smile, which we love. The service is good. The road leading there is in terrible condition.

It’s a precious accommodation, very tranquil, and the pool is incredible! Very clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. We’ll definitely come back. The only downside is the very low pressure of the shower water, but otherwise everything is fantastic.
