My room was well furnished with everything needed for comfort; the bathroom and AC worked fine, and the bed was cozy. They also rent out bikes, which I found very useful. It felt more like a converted house than a hotel, so rooms sit very close together with no soundproofing—just hope your neighbors are considerate.
