I was really looking forward to my stay, but things took a turn for the worse when I arrived at 11:30 PM to find out the hotel had overbooked. The manager was completely unhelpful, shrugging off the issue by saying that anyone can cancel at any time, so why should he care? It's a pretty unacceptable attitude, and I hope the booking platform takes this hotel off their list.
