The location was fine for my work the next day, but the bed had multiple hairs and bits, and there were hairs on the towel and on the floor near the rug.

The property is in a nice area close to shops, but it feels like they just started hosting guests because they lacked basic utilities such as plates, spoons, or pots.
It was very cold, the heating didn’t work, there was no hot water at night, and the noise was so loud you couldn’t sleep—overall a 2.
The living conditions are terrible and do not correspond to the photos on the website. In fact, this is not a hotel, but a hostel with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Everywhere is dirty, there is an unpleasant smell, unsanitary conditions. We made a reservation, arrived at the place, looked at the room and refused to even check in, everything was so bad. We immediately asked for a refund - the money was not returned. In the photo - one thing, in reality - completely different. This is a blatant deception. It is a great pity for the time and money spent. I do not recommend it. People should know the truth and not be led by beautiful pictures.
