It could use improvement: the coffee, cleaning, service, and comfort weren’t all excellent, but it’s not bad and I’d still stay again. The location, ease of access, transport, and nearby activities could be better.

The location is great, but the bed is awful—the mattress in my room was expired, full of highs and lows, so it doesn’t justify the price.

Great hotel.

Excellent location, safe neighborhood and great for walking by the sea. The staff were very attentive, the event facilities were good, and the breakfast had a great variety. I plan to return on my next trips to Vitória. The bathroom box felt a bit small compared to the room, but the water pressure and temperature were fine, so the shower was okay.
